A five bedroom flat in the centre of Dundee that is very close to all amenities and both universities. The flat is on the doorstep to local transport and the Overgate shopping centre. Good sized double bedrooms with wireless internet connection throughout the flat and also TV ports in all rooms. Bills are paid on a pay as you go basis, which are split evenly with the flatmates. Cost of the bills rarely exceeds £30 per calendar month. The flat has gas central heating with radiators in all rooms.

Current flatmates all go to university so looking for likeminded students to join the crowd. All flat mates are easy going and respect each other’s privacy. Rent is paid on a monthly basis which comes to £220, with a 6 month rolling contract. The flat is fully furnished, with the bedrooms all having a double bed and a double wardrobe, there is also plenty of storage through-out the flat. There is a communal kitchen area and a living room that are used by everyone for socialising.

The reason why there are two bedrooms available is because the two tenants that are moving out are moving into a new flat together.
