Beautiful double bedroom close to Ninewells

My name is Amy, I'm a medical student at the University of Dundee and am renting a double room in my beautiful spacious flat which is a 10 minute walk to Ninewells Hospital. There are also excellent transport links are so you'd be no more than 10 mins away from the centre of town by bus or car (there is private parking outside the flat).

As there is an en-suite you will have almost unique access to your own bathroom with a bath and shower. Flat is fully furnished with washing machine, drier and dish washer and is centrally heated. There is also braodband and digital TV.

I am socialable and friendly and am really just looking for a flatmate that I don't mind living with! I am happy to have respectful visitors of flatmates to the flat but would caution that neighbours have young children which means that it is not a regular party flat.

The rent is £350pcm and the quarterly bills are halved when they arrive (varies from £100-£150 each per quarter). I am willing to accept £450pcm inclusive of all bills if this is preffered.
