I am looking for an individual to take over my tenancy for the room of this shared accommodation. You will be sharing with four very friendly females, a mix of students and non-students.
The flat is placed in the middle of Dundee City centre with a very attractive view of the Overgate Shopping centre/Dundee Steeple Church. The rent is £220 per month and to be paid on the 13th of each, and the deposit is the first months rent plus £220, equating to £440.
The lease expires in September so short term lets are definitely considered, if you wish to remain a resident on its expiry you are free to renew the lease.
