I am looking for someone to take over my room until 31st of august, with a posibility to extend the lease . The rent would be 240 a month for a double bedroom in a new, recently decorated flat. You would be required to pay the deposit of 260 to landlord and would recieve your contract for two months. There are another two female students living in the flat, however their rooms might become available from august onwards, so the flat could be let as a whole eventually. and would be suitable for friends wanting to move in together.
The flat is right next to DJCAD and Dundee Uni, so really handy for students.
