Perfect student flat. No bill worries and flat is well maintained. Hi spec kitchen and bathroom. Plenty storage space. Room has slidling mirrored wardrobe. Lovely sash window with views of the law and the howff graveyard (its not scary dont worry). Best view of the sunsets too!

I am a 23 year female needing to get another student to rent the room on behalf of my landlord. Its private property not throught letting agencies. Im fun, clean, and easy to get along with. I am socialable but do work a lot both day job in retail and in a nightclub (perks!)

Flat has storage heaters but never need them in the warmer months. Heating and electric are included as well as internet and phone. Not fibreoptic thought because of the area. But is reliable.

Kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Elec oven and hob (touch screen). There is dining space too.

Living room has a sofa and 2 armchairs. With tv included (tv license is required but will only be £75 for the year). Theres two massive windows too not the best view but you have your window in your room to gaze at the sunset.

Bathroom has a double shower unit and the basics loo and sink.

The room itself is a reason size with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and bedside tables. Easy to move around.

The flat comes with ironing board, iron, hoover, Christmas tree, cordless landline phone, extra storage space too. Kitchen utsensils, cuttlery, plates, pots and pans etc.
