Lovely furnished double room in 2 bedroomed late, sharing with one male. Looking for a single young professional male or female to share this lovely flat in the quiet and residential area of Lawside. (No students). The flat is tastefully decorated and includes a shared green area to the rear. All mod cons are available in the kitchen including integrated oven and dishwasher. There is also Virgin TV and broadband available. Parking is free and available outside the flat.

My current flatmate is moving on to a new job so I am now looking for someone friendly and laid back to enjoy sharing this flat. I will be working night shifts for the next 6 months so you will have free reign of the flat most evenings:-)
