5 minutes walk to the city centre and Abertay Uni and 15 minute walk to Dundee Uni. Good bus routes / access and on street parking available.
We are looking for someone for a short term let (minimum one month) but the room is initially on offer for 3 months. We may be able to extend this depending on our own personal circumstances.
Please note the house / room is up several stairs so may not be suitable for someone with restricted mobility.. There is also a cat.
We are ideally looking for a single person, however may consider a couple.
References required, a £250 security deposit is required and the room is available for £75 per week.
