Double room is available in a 3 bedroom house. Current housemates: 1 male and 1 female. We are both working professionals and are looking for a third housemate who is also working or is a mature student.
This is a semi-detached house located on Rosefield Street, which is less than 15 minutes walk from the city centre. The house is kept clean and tidy. It is fully furnished and includes a nice large kitchen (with fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and oven), living room and back garden.
The available double bedroom is on the ground floor. It has a mirrored wardrobe with ample storage. The room has its own toilet on the ground floor. The shower/bathroom is on the second floor and will be shared with just one other female housemate (the male housemate’s bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom). Street parking is available.
The rent is £375 + shared bills (council tax if applicable, internet, electricity, gas etc.)
We are both friendly, sociable, easy-going, clean & tidy and enjoy cooking, sports, movies, walks etc. One of the current housemates is vegetarian and the other doesn’t eat much meat so a vegetarian housemate would be preferable – but this is not essential. We would also prefer to share with a non-smoker.
The room will be available from 1st of March'15.
