This property is on the Kingsway with nearby golf course, supermarket & convenience stores, and is a very easy commute to anywhere in Dundee & surrounds. By car you can be virtually anywhere in Dundee including Ninewells & Invergowrie to the West, Broughty Ferry to the East, and the City Center, all in 10-20 minutes. There is also a bus stance with regular service, 2 minutes walk from the house.

It is a 4 bedroom detatched family home currently occupied only by myself and one other. We are very informal and would be happy to accomodate like minded people, more of a house-share than a business arrangement we'd like you to feel 'at home' during your stay and we'd have no problem with you entertaining visitors or guests.

The property, whilst comfortable and not in desperate need of anything, is in some need of modernisation which we are doing, slowly, as time and finances permit.

In addition to your private double bedroom and shared bathroom, you would be free to use the kitchen facilities, (inc washer & drier etc.), as well as the two sitting rooms.

The property has a very large garden but which is currently neglected, landscaping being on the 'to do' list.

The house is equipped with fast internet which is inclusive, and tv's equipped with DVR/Freeview boxes and some optional pay services such as Now TV Entertainment, Discovery, and BT Sports.
