Double room available in a 2 bedroom flatshare in the west end of Dundee

I am offering a partially-furnished double room in a two bed flat which itself is part of a bright traditional Victorian house. The room is medium sized with beautiful large windows; it comprises a bed, cupboard, lamp and bedside table (curtains, blankets and clothes hangers are also included). The bedroom is big enough for a desk, sofa or anything extra you would want to add. The kitchen area is fully equipped so no need to bring any utensils but we have room if you would like to. The lounge area is spacious and bright with a television. The bathroom is of a standard size with a power shower, toilet etc. All rooms have been newly painted, professionally cleaned and treated.

The house is situated in the West End – the best area in Dundee! It´s on the doorstep of all the local bars, pubs, shops and cafes. It is close to the university, the contemporary art gallery and other museums and of course, the city centre. In addition we are about 50 yards away from the famous 24-hour bakery.

You would be sharing with me - Gabriel. I don’t own the house – I just rent the flat and was hoping to find someone to share it. I am a 27-year-old professional working in optometry. I am originally from Spain – so I cook a good paella if anyone is interested? I have recently moved to Dundee from Glasgow and am looking to buddy up! I am a friendly, open-minded guy who loves music, sports, cooking and positive people.

The room would be 350 per month which includes council tax, electricity and internet. Please note this does not include the gas bills which we would be sharing. The deposit is £300.
