I am graduating and leaving Dundee December 15. I am looking for someone to take over my very comfy room in High Mill Court renovated mill apartments -- the room has lots of storage space, comes furnished and includes a gorgeous view of the river... check out the pics attached!
I love the apartment and location. It is affordable and in a great neighborhood - 10 min walk to the University of Dundee; 2 min walk up to Perth Rd (nice shops and restaurants) or 2 min down to Magdalen Green park.
The room will be available December 15, with a minimum stay of 3 months and the option to renew and stay for longer.
£262 is the rent, not including bills which total about £40 per month. My friend will be staying as the other flatmate. He is very easy-going, clean and often out at work.
