A double room near the Dundee university for girls

I have signed the contract with the agent to rent the flat from the date I posted this ad until 21st OCT, 2015.
The flat is located across from Lidl and Tesco (Marco Polo beside), one to two min walk to Dundee Uni main library or gym, including two double room, one kitchen, one toilet and one dining room, all furnished. Besides, the flat is heated with electric heater and the food can be cooked with gas.
I am now wanting a flatmate to share the flat. Any renting time can be negotiated but full time until the contract is end is welcomed in priority.
The rent for the double room is 300 pounds monthly and the bill including the gas and electricity will be splitted and paid evenly. Any girls who is interested can contact me with the information on this ad.
