Double room available

I have lived in this flat for about three years, the flat is located about halfway between the two Universities.
Approximately a 15 minute walk from Dundee and a bit longer to Abertay.
Fully furnished with: wardrobe, desk, bedside tables, all Bedding (incl. pillows + cushions + cover + throw + 2 bedding sets)
About myself, I am currently studying a postgraduate degree in International Relations. I am part of the Dundee University Archery Club.
A female student would be preferred although I am open to accepting someone else, although I would not be dealing with council tax.
I like being social, although I do like my own space. A tidy person would also be preferred. I'm not expecting too much, just someone who knows what a brush is and how to wash dishes really.
