The room is a en-suit one, includes the bills. most of the tenants are from Dundee, St-andrews, Abertay University, very good condition, all the furniture is new(new mattress, big learning table, good wifi connection for all devices ,big kitchen, clean bathroom etc.) {{So if you are a student, that's best, or if not, you should be a student-age man or lady.}}

The location of this accommodation is very near to city center, and also near to the two universities, libraries, Tesco, Lidi, Debenhams, bus station. So it is very convenient for you.

The roommates are very nice and knowledgable. They often share with you delicious food. One German who is good at sports and exercise, he is a kind man. The two Chinese are very helpful and they like to clean the living room everyday. One Vietnamese is very fun and lovely. You can learn many things of their countries and their subject if you like to make friends with them. The flat is very clean, don't worry about the environment.

There is no extra bill ! You are much welcome by all the flatmates!
