Double room available in a modern three bedroom house with gas central heating and double glazing. It is warm in winter and has a great garden for summer.

The house is near the Blackness area of the city in a quiet, residential street with plenty of parking. Walking it's just 10-15 minutes from both universities, the centre of town and just a 10 minute drive to Ninewells hospital. Bus routes 22 and 28/29 are located nearby.

The house is spacious with three bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There is an additional restroom downstairs and plenty of storage space. An enclosed outside garden provides an ideal barbeque area.

I am looking for someone friendly and reliable for the double room. I'm only in the house a few days a week when I'm up in Dundee to work in the office. When I am here my 3-year old son is with me. He's normally in bed by 8pm and we're out the house pretty early for nursery/work. I may be up in Dundee for extra nights for socializing/extra days in the office, but otherwise you would have the house to yourself. There is a chance I rent out the 3rd bedroom in the future, but I'd discuss this in advance.

Double room is £575 per month inclusive of all bills including council tax. The room also has space for a desk.
