This relatively spacious and luminous bedroom would be suitable for a respectful, clean and peaceful visitor, professional or student.

The flat is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the city centre by the Law Hill, It is a 10/15 min walk to the city centre through Dudhope Park and close to a few bus stops. Easy parking is available.

The room itself is fully furnished with a very comfortable double bed (beddings included). Internet is available and all bills are included except electricity. this may vary from £50 to £80. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. All communal areas of the flat are kept clean. There is no deposit and no minimum term. Daily rates would be £25 a day for stays of less than a week (£35 daily rate for a couple). Weekly rate would be £110 (£135 weekly rate for a couple). There is also a garden where you can relax.
