Double room for short periodes
Hi,
To find a nice place to stay in Dundee can be hard when you dont know the city and it is easy to end in low quality place that's why I am offering my spare room for short periodes (1-2 weeks) to allow people newly arrived in Dundee to have a place to stay in while looking for a place to rent.
I am easy going and at home only during evening. The flat is huge with everything that you need located at 5min to Dundee Uni and 10 min to city centre.
The rent is 60£/week. Electricity not included.
I expect the tenant to be clean, friendly and respect other people.
