The house has a big kitchen with washing machine, a big garden with BBQ and a huge living room, 1 bathroom and one additional toilet.

Free car park next to the house. Internet already included.

Electricity and heating on top (approx 45 pounds per month).

They are all studying at Dundee University which is a 5-Minute walk from the property.

Located in the Westend many pretty cafés, restaurant and pubs are nearby.
The City Centre is also only 15 Minutes by foot and 5 Minutes by bus aways.
NISA and Spar are less than 500 metres from the house.

The girls like to have movie nights, eat and chat together or going to the pub from time to time but you will also have enough privacy to foucs on your studies.
