A nice double room in Dundee

I am looking for a girl flatmate. From the 26th of April. The flat is located on Rosebank street on the third floor with a nice view. There are two rooms, bathroom, kitchen and the entrance hall. 15 minutes from the University of Dundee and 5 from Abertay University. I am an art and design student. I would prefer a student but it is not necessity. I do not smoke so I would also prefer that from you as well. The rent is 208 pounds plus we will be sharing bills every three months.
