Hey,
We are looking for a new flatmate; our flat is a traditional tenement on Perth Road with a shared garden and views of the Tay.
There is a large living room and some other nice stuff; like wifi, double glazing, central heating etc.
We are 2 professionals who are (we think!) pretty friendly and laid back. We own the flat so try to look after it like a home.
It's very close to Magdalen Green and to both shops and bars on Perth Road.
On average, gas & electric bills are approx £30 each a month. Broadband is £9.
