Spacious double bed room on Blackness road

Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my room with a new lease. The room itself is a large room with a double height ceiling and window. The flat is already full furnished and provided with internet at current (on personal contract) so there will be internet when you move in :)

The room has pine floors, as does the living room and kitchen combo, with synthetic flooring around the kitchen are to keep things clean.

There is a good sized bathroom with a power shower and bath, a large sink and side surface to store all of your stuff.

Back to the room, if you excuse any mess in the photos, you'll see there's a desk provided, and the large corner desk is negotiable, the included wardrobe and the cloth set of draws.

My current flatmate has also finished her degree and should also be moving out, so it is possible you may move in at the same time as someone else or with someone of your choosing :)
