Second floor flat with a secure entry. Large bedroom, double bed with memory foam mattress, dressing table, two bedside tables and two double full sized built in cupboards. The room has just been redecorated, curtains are included with the room.

The rest of the flat features a good sized kitchen and separate living room with couch, tv etc and a bath with an overhead shower. Flat is fully furnished to a high standard, pictures don’t really do it justice! In a nice quiet area with on street parking outside, just off mill bank road about a ten minute walk from the university and 15 minutes in to town.

The flat will be shared with a 22 year old female who works at the university. She’s a nice, friendly girl who is a clean and considerate flatmate.

Females only please and no pets (unless something small which doesn’t make any mess).

Price includes bills (council tax, gas & electricity and broadband).
