Looking for flatmate for July onwards

Hi! We are currently looking for a flatmate for the year starting in July/August in a 3-bedroom maisonette with private entrance. Rent is £350/month plus bills.

We are in a prime location, Patons Lane, just off Perth Road very close to the shops and campus and on the bus route Ninewells. It is a lovely home with living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen and 3 bedrooms. The room available is a double room with lots of storage and a desk and chair.

I am starting work in Edinburgh so will not be staying in the flat often. My flatmate will continue to rent her room. She is a friendly Law PhD student, starting 3rd year in July, who likes to socialise and keep the flat clean and tidy.
