Looking for a flatmate to take up the spare room. The flat has been furnished by myself and the only thing that would be required is a mattress for the bed (double). My bedroom is ensuite so the main bathroom would be entirely yours.

As you can see the flat is stunning and is based in one of the best locations in Dundee. Close to the centre but also in a quiet residential area with amazing views over the Tay.

I am a young professional male, ideally looking for someone in a similar position. Gender is not an issue and students will be considered but it is a very quiet area so definitely not a party flat. I work long hours and am often away at weekends so not in the flat very often. I am sociable and outgoing so would be good for prospective tenant to be similar.

Rent is £362.50pcm and council tax is Band E. Broadband and Talk Talk TV is £8.85 and gas and electric vary but are not excessive.

Please note that I do not own this property and it is rented through a property company. A joint tenancy would be signed which runs for a minimum of 6 months. Please do not ask if you can move in for less than 6 months as it is not possible.
