Double room in lovely West End flat

Hi,

We are currently looking for a flatmate for the remainder of the academic year (November to July/August) in a 3-bedroom maisonette with private entrance. Rent is £350/month plus bills.

We are in a prime location, Patons Lane, just off Perth Road very close to the shops and campus and on the bus route Ninewells. It is a lovely home with living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen and 3 bedrooms. The room available is a double room with lots of storage and a desk and chair.

I am currently working in Edinburgh so will not be staying in the flat often but like to come back and visit. Other flatmates are a female Law PhD student and a male currently working in restaurants in Dundee. They are both very friendly and like to chill out in the living room and keep the flat clean and tidy.
