So I've been in this house for a few monthsand would like to recruit other flatmates. Students most likely, but you might be able to get something sorted with the agents if you are a professional. This would also be a good house for visiting students or anyone working at ninewells hospital.

At £165 per month its super cheap, bills will end up being a bit more than normal per person, it's worked out so far at £80pp a month but it'll still be £50-£100 cheaper than the next place up in Dundee. The kitchen is great, and there is a living room for kicking back and relaxing so cool.
It would be cool to get sociable people, I like cooking big group meals, but I will be working hard on my PhD.
