Looking for roommate for next academic year
I will have a free room available by the end of May and I'm looking for someone to sign the contract with me by January and to move in from May.
The flat is 10/15 minutes away from the University of Dundee. There's a few takeaways and corner shops at walking distance and a Farm Foods at about 15 minutes of walking distance.
The flat is fully furnished, but there's some furniture I brought it such as: a flat screen TV, a small table in the living room and a dryer.
The flat is comfortable and comes with a huge living room.
I'm an italian student at UoD, I'm polite, and I'm usually not much of a nuisance since I spend a lot of time working in front of a PC.
