Hi there

I'm looking to take in another lodger to help with the mortgage. I live in a small village with a lovely pub nearby and a largish town five miles away.

I'm offering a small double bedroom with use of a large living room (currently never used by me), kitchen, shower room, WC and large garden. With your agreement I will clean and change your room at the weekend when you're not here and will do incidental washing so you won't have anything much to worry about :-).

I have several animals so you'd need to be furry friendly.
