Fully furnished spacious and bright two-bedroom flat on the second floor of a residential block, accessed via security entry system (electronic fob). Conveniently located for Dundee/Abertay University and Ninewells Hospital with good bus service.
The bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, desk, chair, and shelves, with a cupboard. Rest of the flat consists of shared living room, kitchen with washing machine, and bathroom, with bath and shower. Heating is via electric central heating with smart meter. Bills are included in the £400 per month rent, as students, we are exempt from Council Tax (our responsibility to register with Dundee Council). A returnable security deposit of £300 required and if under 21 a guarantor (parent/guardian) is required when contract is signed.
Ideal flatmate would be someone who would share shopping bills, cooking and cleaning of shared rooms.
Previous tenant can provide references for landlord, moved out to study elsewhere in Scotland.
The landlord has confirmed that they will repaint the bedroom walls if the colour isn't suitable.
