We have a lockable, large, furnished double bedroom with private toilet & shower available for rent to one person in our home. The room has double glazing and gas central heating. The rent includes gas/electricty, TV licence & internet.

You will have use of a shared livingroom, fully equipt kitchen & utility room. Rear garden and off road parking.

From the house it's approximately a 10 min walk to the beach, local Tesco, post office, takeaways and pubs.
The accomodation is within easy traveling distance to Dundee and Abertay University and Dundee and Angus College and we are only a few mins from the nearest bus stop which has buses every 10 mins to Dundee & Arbroath.
For those who enjoy golf, Monifieth golf course is only a 15min walk away and Carnoustie Links golf course is only 6 miles away.

We are happy to share with a professional or a student male or female. We would expect the house-mate to be responsible for keeping their own room and bathroom clean & reasonably tidy and would be expected to tidy up after themselves in the shared areas of the house.

They would also have to be happy to share the house with our friendly dog who is quiet & well behaved.
