Double room in modest 3 bed end of terrace. Great for someone working a few days a weeks in Bath or Bristol.
I am offering flexibility of 2,3 or 4 nights a week. 2 nights pw is £280 per month, 3 night pw is £410 pcm, 4 nights pw is £550. All bills incl. I have several streaming services on the tv in the room which you are welcome to use as well as terrestrial tv.
House is 7 min walk to oldfield park station. 25 -30 min walk to Bath spa station. 20 min walk to RUH. Easy bus links nearby, moorland road restaurants and shops 10 min walk.
Would suit someone works in Bristol or Bath a few days a week. I have a very quiet Jack Russell mixed breed dog. She is not allowed upstairs and has never been in the room. I have 3 grown up children who occasionally visit.
