First floor double room to let in private house. Small kitchenette situated on the first floor, with microwave and single electric ring provided. The shower/bathroom is also located on the first floor and shared for use by the owner. There is a second private bedroom on the first floor. The room to let, is a good size double with a large window, which makes the room light and airy and furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets, desk and chair and a built in wardrobe. To let furnished. Monday to Friday lets only. Live in owner.
(No smoking please).
Cleanliness and consideration is important to me and I would like if anyone interested in the accommodation had similar standards. Would suit responsible and organised professionals, comfortable with a moderately green lifestyle ie, low energy/cold/hot water usage and recycling.
Free off street parking is available.

This is a quiet area but very convenient to Weston Village, where there are very regular bus services into Bath City centre or if preferred a lovely 35 minute walk through the Royal Victoria Park to Bath. The Royal United Hospital is a 5 minute walk from my home. Bath Spa University is within easy reach by car or bus.
