Bright double room available in a beautiful Coach House between Oldfield Park and Bear Flat.

Looking for an easygoing professional who is considerate, reliable and tidy. Mondays to Fridays also an option for £500 per month.

The room has far-reaching westerly views, a comfortable double bed, two chests of drawers, bedside table, wardrobe, and bookshelf. Its next to the main bathroom upstairs (mainly sole use midweek), with downstairs cloakroom. Full use of kitchen, utility room, dining room and spacious lounge. Courtyard garden with table and chairs. All linen and towels provided.

Previous lodgers include University staff, with good access to both Universities. Sorry it's not suitable for couples, children or pets.

I work in overseas aid, staying over in London a couple of nights a week, with occasional travel. Viewings preferred on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays - daytimes or evenings.

The house is conveniently located 5 minutes walk to a good range of local shops and restaurants. 10-15 mins walk to Bath Spa and Oldfield Park train stations, with bus stop two minutes away on Oldfield Road. Free on street parking available without residents permit.

Peaceful location in a good neighbourhood with sunset views!
