Decent human required for nice BS3 house!

We've an opening in our houseshare hence this advert.

About the room: Although it's a small double bedroom, the space is used excellently. Importantly it's been redecorated and has loads of storage. It looks bright and is a nice space to be in.

About the house: nice, cosy, clean, modern tidy kitchen plus gas central heating, double glazing, new washing machine, tumble dryer for winter and good bathroom with a powerful decent shower, plus lovely big gardens and space for a bike if you cycle. There is also a giant 3d tv in the wonderfully redecorated (please see phots or better still book a viewing) sitting room for watching of game of thrones etc... Also we have an adorable house dog called Rosa who might actually be the softest, friendliest dog on Earth. The house is modern and well decorated, also the bills come to about £57 each per month.

About us: 4 professionals, Leah, Peter, James and Tallulah. We like to hang out in the kitchen, and are friendly and welcoming, we've travelled and value other cultures and being accepting and open and friendly. Whilst we're none of us looking for a new BFF, we are a social bunch and if you're the kind of person that likes to eat alone in their room this probs isn't the place for you. Also Tallulah and I are currently looking to move into our own place together and when we leave our room will be taken by just one person, not two, so housemate number will go down by one. This will result in the bills increasing from 59 to 69 each, but on the flipside there will be more space all around.
