The flat is really nice - clean, modern and 10 minutes walk from Queens Square/City Centre. I am looking for a full-time working professional who is equally clean and tidy. If you have a car, you will need to purchase a resident's parking permit.
Whoever moves in will have their own bathroom (toilet, shower and bath).
Bills come to about ÃÂã100- ÃÂã120 a month, give or take a bit for electricity and water.
Whoever moves will need to pay an agency fee of ÃÂã175. 00 and reimburse my current flatmate his share of the deposit which is ÃÂã570.
I can arrange viewings after work from around 6PM or during weekends.
