We are situated on a main road but our home is quiet. My youngest daughter has just finished university so you would be sharing with either just myself or one other person also. My family and I are used to hosting overseas students and either people just travelling or who are here to do internships. We have made some good friends over the years.
There is no list of ‘rules’, as such, but I do expect that people will be clean, tidy and respectful of my home and of my property within the home. Guests are welcome to visit with prior notice but are not allowed to stay over.
