Double Room Available In Beautiful Apartment

Hi everybody, I`m Laura, I`m 34 and I work as a cabin crew based at Bristol Airport. I bought this apartment 1 year and a half ago and I`m very pleased with the place.
My current flatmate is moving out so I`m looking for someone who can replace her.
I work long hours and I often have to go to sleep early so I'd like my future flatmate to avoid bringing people round the house evenings or to sleep over. I`m very clean and tidy and looking for a similar person who will treat my house with respect as if it was their own.
The apartment has an open plan kitchen/living area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. The room available is fully furnished: double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table plus you would have your own bathroom.
The building is built on a man made lake, it offers secure parking as well as a gym and a 24 hours security office.
The rent is payable in advance and includes all bills: water, electricity, council tax, Sky tv, wifi, parking.
