2 Bedroom House in Bradley Stoke.

Currently occupied by 2 Housemates, 1 of which is soon to be vacating.
The spare room is the largest of the 2 double bedrooms, over looking the garden at the rear of the property and, has a built in wardrobe/storage space, you will most likely be able to fit a desk in the room quite comfortably if needed. (Room will not be furnished - apologies no picture of the spare room is currently provided, my current housemate isn't the tidiest person.)

The bathroom, kitchen and living room are all shared spaces.

The location of the house offers access to many amenities. A short bus ride into Bristol City Centre via the Metro Bus, a 20 minute walk to Bristol Parkway train station. Access to the Willow Brook shopping centre and various other shops within a 1.5 mile radius.

Council Tax Band - B

Housemate - 29 years old, telecoms engineer. Interests in music, video games & movies etc.

The landlady requires that potential new housemates be put through referencing etc with a letting agency.
