Large double room, on-site pool, gym

My partner and I are again seeking a lodger to share our home.

The flat is in an amazing old building on the east side of Bristol and has some excellent on-site facilities free to use such as a pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, tennis court, bar area with a pool table and ballroom. The beautiful communal grounds have an abundance of squirrels and other wildlife, and there are amazing views across to Bath from the roof terrace.

The room is really big, 4.4m x 4.4m. It is newly decorated and furnished but still has plenty of space if you need to work from home. You would have sole use of the guest bathroom as we have an en-suite.

There is gated secure private parking. The X39 bus stop for Bristol or Bath is right outside, and the Brislington Park and Ride is just across the road.
We are a software engineer and school finance officer and are seeking a mature professional to live with us.
Above all, we are looking for the right person, someone we can easily chat with laugh with and someone who is tidy and respectful of the household.
