Good sized double, Redfield/Easton

Please let me know a bit about yourself, what you’re like to live with and your working situation (including working pattern, home working etc) in response to the ad.

I’m looking for a lodger to share my house on Whitehall Road with me and one other person who will be moving in towards the end of April.
The house is a short walk to both Church Road and to St Marks Road.

The Room

It's a fair sized double room at the back of the house overlooking the garden. It comes furnished with a bed, shelves, chest drawers and clothes rail. There is an option to keep the chest of drawers in a landing alcove if wanted. (Sorry no photos right now, but I will be able to share soon).

The House

The house has a shared living/dining/kitchen space and a well equipped kitchen. A recently landscaped garden and a small front garden space which gets loads of sun. Large shared bathroom.

It also comes with my cat – Whitney – who is entertaining and sociable when she feels like it.

The vibe is pretty chill most of the time. Weekends I’ll maybe have people over for dinner or brunch. Sometimes fire and wine in the garden. But otherwise pretty low key.

Cleaning is shared.

Always a pot of food on the stove and something interesting happening in the garden. A library of books you’d be welcome to borrow.

About You

You’d be chilled and up for chipping in with all the things make a house run. Up for sharing a meal from time to time. A professional, ideally not home working full time.

About me

I‘m 37 and have lived in Redfield/Easton for the last 10 years. I love reading, good food, good wine, being outdoors, music, film and trying to be creative. I work in the voluntary sector and am also training in psychotherapy.

Availability

Available from mid-April.

Rent is £580 per month bills, council tax and internet included.
