En-suite double with balcony in central Bristol

The room available is a furnished double with built-in wardrobe and en-suite. There is a walk-out balcony which overlooks the roof garden and links to the living area. The bed is a standard double.

The living area is an open-plan kitchen and lounge with dining table. The kitchen has a built-in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric hob and oven.

There is a washing machine and airing/storage cupboard in the hall; no tumble dryer.

The flat is on the 11th floor of a development with garden terrace, garden room, small gym, and concierge facility (7 am-7 pm) during the week and Saturday mornings. There is secure bike storage and a small recycling centre.

The flat has an allocated parking space - I tend to use this during the week, but would consider negotiating depending on the needs of future flatmate.

About me - single gay guy, I work in the city centre and tend to pop home at lunch. However, my time is split between Bristol and Birmingham due to family commitments - I tend to be away a lot at weekends.

Overall, this would be suitable for someone looking for quieter living space.
