Double room in St George

About the house:

Large double room to let in a semi detached house on a quiet street. The room is a good size and furnished with a double bed, bed side table and lots of built-in storage with rails and shelves. Possibility of a desk as well.

The house also has a large kitchen, living room, bathroom (with bath/shower and toilet), second toilet, garden and easy parking.

The house is a 15 minutes drive from Bristol city centre and a 3-5 minutes walk to two regular bus routes to Bristol centre and Kingswood.

Rent includes all bills - gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband and TV licence. I also add a bit on for consumables (loo roll, dishwasher tablets etc) and a cleaner which brings it to £680 per month.

About me:

I work partly from home and party away in a mix of jobs (circus performer, childcare, office work) with random hours. I spend a lot of my spare time hula hooping and juggling. I like a reasonably quiet home life but looking forward to spending time in the garden and having a few people over when it gets warmer.

About you:

I'm looking for someone easy to get on with, who is friendly, tidy and respectful.

I'm happy with short term lets but ideally would like someone to stay until at least September. I will be away and letting out my own room for 6 weeks over the summer holidays so it would be difficult to find a new lodger during that time. You'll also be included in deciding who will let my room (if you want).
