Bills ~ £220 however trying to get cheaper electricity and will be using the dryer way less in summer!!

I love gaming, consider myself queer & my partner is too. So I would be looking to live with a like-minded, friendly person who is laid back and communicative. I'll likely spend a night or two a week at my partners but will be back to take care of my cats.

The flat & location:

My older sister and I bought a shared ownership ground floor flat in Stokes Croft in late 2021, and have absolutely loved living in Bristol ever since. My sister moved out after she got engaged last year and now my roomie is buying her own place.

The double room is carpeted and includes a bed and wardrobe. If you don't want it furnished, we can arrange this!

We have an open plan living room & kitchen and one bathroom with a shower, all the standard amenities. Feel free to use our washing machine & dryer of course, wifi, the works. We also lucky to have a small outdoor area where you are welcome to hang up your washing in the summer, smoke, grow plants, etc.

Location -

The building is a refurbished office block, two doors down from Lakota so be aware of some noise in the area at night, the flat is well insulated from sound and I've never been kept awake by it. The location is convenient to Cabot Circus, Broadmead, as well as Stokes Croft (just by the main road), The Arches, Redland and Montpelier within a 10 minute walk. It's also around 10-12 minute walk to the Harbourside, 20 minutes to Temple Meads, plenty of bus routes.

PLEASE NOTE There are no Residential Parking Schemes available for our building due to the central location. We fall within the Central Parking Zone and our building doesn't quality for the permits because of the recent refurbishment. However, I can clue you in to a sneaky free space that is a very short walk from the flat, but it can be psychological warfare trying to get the space. I also know a trick to get cheaper all day parking at Cabot Circus, just ask!

What I would ask of you, my potential flatmate:

Clean and tidy, friendly, up for a gossip about work in the evenings (but obviously give you your own space!)

You would need to be okay with my two lovely cats. Sometimes they make noise and harass you for pets.
