Lovely, modern, three storey, 3-bed house. Located in Old Market with easy access to local amenities.

This beautifully presented room is fully furnished with a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, a king size bed with a deluxe mattress, a desk, a full length mirror and a 43" 4K tv. It also comes with a comfy two seater sofa.

The shared space is the kitchen, which comes fully kitted with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven and a large dining table with access to a small courtyard. We have plenty of pots, pans, plates and glasses which we share with the household.

We take pride in keeping this space clean so we are looking for someone who is also clean and willing to do their share to maintain the standard. To that effect we have a household cleaning rota. On the ground floor, there is a utility room and a downstairs loo.

We are a non smoking, quiet household of professionals and a student, we are friendly but like to keep to ourselves during our down time. So ideally looking for someone who is clean, well mannered and considerate to join us.

Rent per month is £1100 including bills, plus one month deposit.

Ideally looking for a long term lodger but we are also happy to consider a short term let.
