Double Attic Bedroom in colourful, cosy house

I am seeking a lodger to enjoy this recently decorated, furnished double attic bedroom in St George and with whom to share my lovely home. Rent includes dedicated parking, secure bicycle storage, a cleaner and bills.

The three-storey house with garden is small enough to be cosy but large enough to find space for oneself. It feels very secure with a new front door and windows. There's a bath and electric shower in the bathroom and the kitchen has a gas hob (for real cooking!). I am sociable (evening chats, dinner with friends, occasional gatherings) but also enjoy time alone.

St George Park is at the end of the road - perfect for an outdoorsy hit. You'll also be close to the Bristol to Bath cycle path, buses 6 and 7 into town stop very close by and other routes into the city centre go from nearby Church Road. A range of handy shops are within easy walking distance, including Southville Deli, Poco Deli, Preserve Foods, Aldi and Tesco. Church Road also boasts some pretty good pubs, bars and eateries, such as Loaf, The Red Church, Grounded, The Lock Up, The Far Away Tree and The Dark Horse.
