Large Double Room - near Old Market & Stapleton Rd

Hi future housemate,

We have one recently refurbished, double room available from 10th June.

We are just off Stapleton road, around the corner from Old Market, with really close connections to town. Currently it is myself (Pariss) and two other housemates and my cockapoo Autumn.

I am a Social Media Executive for a conservation charity working from home, one housemate works for the council and our housemate works at a coffee shop. In terms of the vibe, we are pretty chill, usually quiet during the weekdays so are looking for someone with the same vibe, so someone who also works a 9-5, (not the best fit if you like to party during the week).

Ideally, we would love to have someone who is another professional (not working from home), comfortable with dogs, and has previous experience living in a communal environment, likes to and help maintain a nice house, and treat it like a home. We are all very clean, so looking for someone who also enjoys a clean home! That being said, we have a cleaner who comes every two weeks to help maintain the communal areas.

Amenities: Shared living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom and a small garden. Really great connections to town, close to Old Market Easton/Stapleton Road, Bristol City Centre, the cycle Path and great bus connections to the rest of town.

Bills are currently around £100pp - £130. They're slightly higher in the winter and could change just because of the unpredictable nature of the energy crisis!
