Hi all! We have a UNFURNISHED small double room to rent in a gorgeous house in the best location. A short 10 min walk to catch the bus to town and southmead hospital is a 3 min walk. Would suit someone who works in office all week. Rent is £534 and bills come to a estimated £130
It is a quiet household which becomes a rare host of food with friends or pre drinks before a night out (pre drinks are around 4-5 times per year!!) I am someone who keeps myself to myself but also loves a house cheese night or film night. I work at the hospital 5 days a week and spend every other weekend with my family as they live quite far away. Am looking for housemates with similar interests and similarly are not party animals as I am way too old for a party house!!
