Big double in St Werburghs family house long term

We are long term tenants of a 4-bed Victorian terrace on a quiet cul-de-sac, in central St Werburghs. We’ve lived here since 2017.

Our road is right behind Mina Road Park, the Duke of York pub (complete with skittles and bowling alley) is at the end of the road, and our street is a brilliant community of lovely folk, who do summer street parties and Christmas drinks etc.

We have a double bedroom available in our family home. You’ll be sharing with me (40F) and my 12 year old son. My 21F daughter is also home until September. We have one quite grumpy cat and 5-fish.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished a needed. It’s a back bedroom with a big window, lots of lights and a lovely view over the trees and park behind the house.

You’re fully and reliably employed, ideally not working from home.
You enjoy occassionally hanging out, cooking or having dinner / watching a movie together - but generally you're an independent, sociable professional with your own stuff going on.

I’m ideally looking for a long term house partner, who is happy to invest some time and energy in making a beautiful home together. We have a brilliant garden, so a love of growing and/or green fingers is a bonus.

This would ideally suit someone (probably female, but not necessarily) in their late 20’s upwards. We’re a pretty chilled and sociable family house, and looking for a housemate that will add positive, homely vibes. I cook a lot, family style dinners are pretty regular.

Tenancy is managed via a great estate agent. First months rent and deposit (650+650) is paid directly to them
