Short-to-medium term 3-bed house to let in StWerbs

We are looking to rent out our 3-bed house for at least 6 months while we are abroad from June 2024.

The house - which has been recently renovated - is on a charming 1930s terraced cul-de-sac on the hill overlooking St Werburghs, with great views of the mound, the church and the wider city. It comes with on-road parking access, a big garden, basic furniture and a friendly community of neighbours.

Bills are included and the deposit will be one month’s rent.

We are seeking a semi-formal rental arrangement: this is our home, not a buy-to-let property, and we are not looking to make a profit. The flipside is that we are hoping to leave some of our belongings in the attic (4th) bedroom of the house, and are looking for respectful tenants who will take care of the property in our absence. We'd prefer a couple but would be open to groups of three. Sensible older professionals are preferred.

We will be away for at least 6 months but our dates are flexible - hence the monthly rolling contract beyond the 6 month mark.

This could be the perfect set up for anyone who needs a temporary living arrangement in between other things. We are really happy to discuss the length of the term with interested parties and to find an agreement that suits everyone.

Rent: roughly £1800, all bills included.
