We are close to completing our newly extended and fully re-furbished house in Easton, which should be ready to rent in early June. We are abroad from June and looking to rent it out to considerate tenants who will treat it as their home; when we come back in August 2025 we will be living there long term and have re-furbished it as a home rather than a rental property- the kitchen, bathrooms and all fittings are brand new. There is a large kitchen-dining living space with large bifold doors into a low maintenance garden, space for bikes, a separate living room and two large bedrooms with separate bathrooms. There is ample on street parking, and the house is 2 minutes from the bike path into town, and 5 minutes from the number 7 bus route into town.

It would suit professionals who don't smoke, couples are welcome but additional people would be reflected in the rent.
